This text explains how MyBrixa is intended to work. It is not a substitute for legal advice for your own situation. Material changes are communicated to registered users and reflected in the version above.
Service description
MyBrixa provides an online service at mybrixa.com through which you may access individual applications ("modules") using one account. Features may grow as the product evolves. We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Account and eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Providing false information may result in account suspension.
Trial period
New accounts receive a 30-day trial with 85 Brix (Plus-level). During the trial you may browse the full module catalog and activate multiple modules. When the trial ends, capacity drops to Start (20 Brix) unless you subscribe to a paid plan.
Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans are billed monthly in EUR through a certified payment provider. Prices shown on the website include VAT where applicable. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time; changes take effect at the next billing cycle. Refunds follow applicable consumer-protection law. Specific payment terms are confirmed at checkout when billing is enabled.
Intellectual property
Content you create in modules remains yours. By using the service, you grant MyBrixa a limited licence to host and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service. The MyBrixa brand, UI, and code are our intellectual property.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, MyBrixa is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits or data loss, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise. While we improve reliability, you should keep backups of data that matter to you.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law. Upon termination, we will retain legally required records and delete other data within 90 days unless you request earlier deletion.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms as the product matures; the “Last updated” date and version will change and we will notify active users (for example by email). If you disagree with changes, you may close your account before the new terms take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Courts in the Netherlands have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rules of your country of residence where they apply.
Complaints and dispute resolution
We aim to resolve issues in good faith — use the Contact page first. If you are a consumer in the EU, you may use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution (ODR) platform. These terms do not take away any mandatory rights you have under the law of your country, including the right to bring proceedings there where the law requires.
